Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Kairo website, account dashboard, and connected Kairo product experiences operated by Slabix. It does not cover third-party sites or services that have their own policies.

Information we handle

Account and contact information, such as the identity details used by our authentication provider and information you send to support or an early-access form.
Content you choose to provide, which can include uploaded documents and extracted text, document metadata, session topics, transcripts, generated answers, and session insights.
Service and usage information needed to operate the product, such as session status, duration, model label, token counts, response timing, credits, and subscription status.
Basic website performance and usage information collected through the analytics and performance tooling enabled on the site.

How we use information

Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Kairo.
Authenticate users, associate content with the correct account, and administer credits or subscriptions.
Process documents and session context to provide requested features.
Respond to support messages and communicate about the service.
Detect misuse, protect users, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

Kairo relies on service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, database infrastructure, website analytics and performance measurement, and, when enabled, payments. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service or its users, investigate abuse, or support a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

The repository does not establish a complete current subprocessor list or processing locations. Contact support@slabix.com for current service-provider or international-processing details relevant to your use.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded documents can be deleted from the product. Other records may be kept while needed to operate the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The available code does not establish one retention period for every category of data or every backup system.

For a retention question or an account, access, correction, or deletion request, email support@slabix.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may be retained where legally required or technically necessary for a limited period.

Your choices

Choose what documents and session context you submit.
Delete supported documents through the dashboard.
Use your browser or device controls for cookies and similar technologies, understanding that blocking required storage may affect sign-in or service operation.
Contact support@slabix.com about privacy rights available in your location.

Security and policy changes

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. See the Security page for a code-evidenced overview and reporting instructions.

We may update this policy as Kairo changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
