Use assistance, not impersonation
Kairo can help organize thoughts and surface context, but you remain the speaker and decision-maker. Do not present generated output as your own knowledge when doing so would be deceptive or violate an assessment, employer, interviewer, school, or platform rule.
Consent and confidentiality
- Obtain any notice, consent, or authorization required before capturing audio, screens, transcripts, personal data, or confidential material.
- Do not upload trade secrets, credentials, health information, financial details, or other sensitive data unless you are authorized and it is necessary for the intended use.
- Respect third-party rights, confidentiality duties, recording laws, workplace policies, and platform terms.
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity or content that facilitates harm, abuse, exploitation, discrimination, or credible threats.
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive applications, falsified qualifications, or evasion of identity and eligibility checks.
- Cheating on an assessment or bypassing rules that prohibit outside or AI assistance.
- Non-consensual surveillance, stalking, privacy invasion, or collection of data you are not authorized to access.
- Attempts to probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass Kairo’s security, access controls, usage limits, or safeguards, except where applicable law expressly permits authorized research.
- Using output as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person’s employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, legal rights, or physical safety.
Review output
AI output can be wrong or omit important context. Check factual claims, remove sensitive information, and apply qualified human judgment before acting on a suggestion. Stop using the feature if it creates unsafe, misleading, or non-compliant results.
Enforcement and questions
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Kairo, or others, or to comply with law. Context matters, and we may request information needed to understand a report.
Report misuse or ask whether a planned use is appropriate at support@slabix.com. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
