Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Kairo, you agree to these Terms and the Responsible Use Policy. If you use Kairo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
You may use Kairo only if you can legally enter into this agreement and your use is permitted by applicable law and any rules governing the interview, meeting, assessment, or platform involved.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in methods, and activity under your account. Notify support@slabix.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You grant Slabix a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested service and to meet legal obligations.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to Kairo, including any notice or consent required before capturing another person’s voice, screen, confidential information, or personal data.
AI-generated output
Kairo can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate suggestions. Output is provided for assistance, not as a substitute for your judgment. Review it before relying on it, and do not use Kairo as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
You remain responsible for what you say, submit, or do with Kairo’s output and for complying with employer, interviewer, assessment, and platform rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kairo for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive, or security-compromising activity. The Responsible Use Policy provides more detail and forms part of these Terms.
Plans, payments, and changes
Some features may use credits or be offered under free or paid plans. If you purchase a paid offering, the price, billing interval, and cancellation terms presented at checkout apply. Taxes and third-party payment-provider terms may also apply.
We may add, remove, or change features and limits as the product develops. We will provide notice when required by law or an applicable paid agreement.
Third-party services
Kairo uses and may link to third-party services. Their availability and conduct are outside our control, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
Service availability and disclaimers
Kairo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, a particular interview or employment outcome, or compatibility with every device or third-party platform.
To the extent permitted by law, Slabix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Kairo. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension, termination, and updates
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Kairo or others, investigate violations, comply with law, or address nonpayment. You may stop using Kairo at any time.
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision; material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
